Cheat Exposer provides automated data aggregation and probability-based analysis using public records and third-party APIs. All reports are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Our "Probability Score" is an algorithmic estimate and should not be treated as a statement of fact or legal evidence.

3. Permitted Use & User Conduct

You represent and warrant that your use of this service is for personal, non-commercial investigative purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the service to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual.
• Utilizing the data for illegal credit checks, employment screening, or insurance underwriting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms or scrape our interface.
• Sharing or publishing reports with the intent to publicly humiliate or defame a subject.

4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

Access to premium analysis reports requires a one-time payment or subscription. Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate costs incurred by Cheat Exposer in querying and paying third-party data providers, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued based on the "results" of an analysis (e.g., if a report returns a low probability score or "no data found"). If you experience a technical failure, please contact support within 48 hours after receiving the report and we will double-check the data free of charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheat Exposer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, relationship dissolution, loss of data, or reputational damage. Your use of our reports is at your own risk.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe your conduct violates these terms or involves the misuse of our data protocols.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cheat Exposer operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Cheat Exposer does not monitor, endorse, or exercise control over these external sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheat Exposer and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or any content you submit or share via our reports.

11. Refunds

Our technical and financial resources are allocated immediately upon submission. We instantly incur costs from third-party API and AI vendors to process your request.

Therefore, purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
